ROSA eSolutions (“ROSA”, “we”) is a digital agency at 60 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 200, Toronto, ON M6K 1X9. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Enquiries: the name, email, phone number, company, service of interest, budget, timeline and message you enter in our contact or project brief forms.
• Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone.
• Website usage: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, collected through Google Analytics cookies.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the services you engage us for.
• To understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

By submitting a form or messaging us, you consent to us using your information to respond. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you expressly agree, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Google Analytics, for website statistics.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there.
• Our mail server and Google Workspace, which deliver your enquiry to our team's inboxes.

Some of these providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We require them to protect it appropriately.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our engagement plus any period required by law. We then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable physical, organizational and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and limiting access to staff who need it.

Our website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Contact us at info@erosa.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
